Why a subscription instead of one-time?
A website is not a project — it is a tool you use every day. The same goes for an automation or an AI agent: it is only valuable while someone keeps it running. Subscription means it all stays current. Security patches happen automatically. Edits do not require a quote. The trade-off is that you pay for it ongoing. For most businesses, that is the better deal once you account for what a neglected website or a broken automation costs in lost customers.
What actually happens on the 20-minute call?
We ask what your business does, where time is leaking, and what you already have in place. If there's a fit, you get a blueprint and a clear number within a few days. If there isn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. No deck, no pressure.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel after the first 12 months. We turn off the site and hand over a static export of the files so you can take it elsewhere. For tools and automations we ran, you get an export of your data and configurations wherever the platform allows it. Your domain is always yours and stays in your account.
Who owns what we build?
You own the design, the content, and your domain, and your data in any tool we run is yours, always. We license you the underlying code for as long as you subscribe. If you cancel, you keep a static copy of the site.
Can I edit the site myself?
Most clients do not want to. That is the point of the subscription. On larger engagements, we can set up a friendly content editor for things like blog posts and team bios so you can update those without us.
What if I need a major redesign in a few years?
Major redesigns are a new setup fee, discounted 50% for existing subscribers. Small refreshes (new homepage, updated brand colors) are included in your edit time.
Do you offer hosting only?
Yes, through the Foundation shape. If you already have a website you love, we can migrate it to our infrastructure and look after it. The trade-off is straightforward: we don't know your codebase as deeply as one we wrote, so complex changes will take longer.
How fast do edits actually get done?
Most small edits (copy changes, image swaps, new team member) are live within one business day. Larger edits (new pages, design tweaks) take two to three days. Anything we cannot reasonably do in your edit time we will quote before starting.
How does Express Launch actually work?
You pay your scoped setup fee plus an Express fee of the same amount at kickoff. We pause other work and put your project at the front of the queue, and we deliver a finished, launched website within 7 calendar days. If we miss that deadline, you get back everything you paid up front — the setup and the Express fee — and you keep the work we completed. The only condition: you respond to our requests for content, approvals, and decisions within 24 hours during the build week. Available for website builds. AI build-outs and Operations Partner engagements are too involved for a 7-day guarantee.

Do you only build websites?

How does "starting at" pricing work?
Almost every package we sell is custom, so each shape shows the price of its smallest version. On the call we scope what you actually need, and the blueprint comes back with one clear setup fee and one monthly fee. You will always see the number before anything starts.
What does Operations Partner include month to month?
Standing capacity, not just maintenance. Every month covers hosting and care for everything we run, plus time to keep building — new automations, improvements to your agents, new pages or tools as the business needs them. We review the roadmap with you quarterly, so the system keeps up with the business instead of trailing it.
