What does the free review audit include?
We look at your public Google Business Profile and how you currently ask for reviews, then email a short assessment and a suggested next step. Request the audit through our short on-site form. You can also email hello@hhwebstudios.com directly. A call is optional.
Do I need a new website to use review automation?
No. The service works with your existing website. You need an eligible Google Business Profile, a suitable source of completed jobs or customer visits, and a customer contact process we can use appropriately. We assess fit, choose the request and reminder timing, and configure the workflow.
Will this guarantee five-star reviews or a higher Google ranking?
No. We ask for honest experiences, without incentives or filtering customers by satisfaction. Customers choose whether to review and what to write. We do not promise a particular rating or ranking. Our first-review guarantee means that if no new public Google review appears during the 14-day window, we refund your first $300. Any star rating counts. Day 1 is the day after payment in Pacific time; the window ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific on day 14. Setup does not extend it. Contact us if no new review appears. Service continues through the original first month, and the renewal date stays unchanged unless you cancel. Read the guarantee details.
What does the $300/month review service cover?
The standard service is $300 upfront, then $300/month, with no setup fee or minimum term. It includes a service check-in, neutral Google review requests and at most one reminder, a paced past-customer campaign, automated review responses, selected reviews repurposed into branded social posts, and reporting. We confirm contact permissions, message channels, source handoffs, and approved settings during setup. See the review-service offer terms.
Why are website builds and monthly services priced separately?
Design and launch are project work. Hosting, care, and operating a review workflow continue after launch. Separating them lets you see what each service costs, what is included, and what would require a new quote.
Do you offer hosting and care for an existing website?
Yes. We review the site first, then quote any migration or repair work separately from monthly care. Your care plan defines hosting, backups, maintenance, edit time, and support targets. A content editor can also be scoped if you want to make updates yourself.
What happens if I cancel?
Google Review Automation is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel by email before your next renewal; service continues through the end of the current billing period. A guarantee refund does not cancel the subscription or change the renewal date. Website and other custom engagements retain their standard 12-month minimum unless your written proposal says otherwise. When website service ends, we provide a static export; for managed tools, we export your data and configurations where the platform allows it. See the service terms for the full details.
Who owns the website and customer data?
Under our standard terms, you own your design, content, domain, and customer data. The underlying code is licensed while your subscription is active. When website service ends, you keep a static export. Your proposal identifies any service-specific arrangements.
How fast are edits, and what if I need a bigger change?
Your care plan sets response targets and the included edit allowance. We confirm timing for each request. Work beyond that allowance is quoted before it begins. Under our standard terms, major redesigns have a new setup fee with a 50% discount for active subscribers.
How does Express Launch work?
For an agreed website build, you pay the scoped setup fee plus an equal Express fee at kickoff. We guarantee launch within 7 calendar days. If we miss it, both fees are refunded and you keep the completed work, provided you respond to requests within 24 hours during the build week. Can I start with a service other than reviews?
Yes. We still build websites, automations, AI assistants, client portals, and internal tools, and provide hosting and care. Tell us what you need by email or book a 20-minute call. We will recommend a defined first step and send a proposal before work begins.
What are the benefits of AI automation for a small business?
AI automation uses artificial intelligence to handle routine steps in a defined workflow. Examples include sorting new inquiries, drafting replies for your approval, or pulling key details from unstructured data like emails and PDFs into organized records. It can save time, keep customer service consistent, free your support team for conversations that need a person, and help reduce costs from manual work. We start with one defined job, keep a person in charge of decisions that matter, and do not promise specific savings.
What does an Operations Partner engagement include?
A defined amount of ongoing support and improvement work. Your proposal names the systems we manage, monthly capacity, response targets, and how new work is prioritized. Larger additions are scoped separately.
