Why a subscription instead of one-time?
A website is not a project — it is a tool you use every day. Subscription means it stays current. Security patches happen automatically. Edits do not require a quote. The trade-off is that you pay for it ongoing. For most businesses, that is the better deal once you account for what an old, neglected website costs in lost customers.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel after the first 12 months. We turn off the site and hand over a static export of the files so you can take it elsewhere. Your domain is always yours and stays in your account.
Who owns the website?
You own the design, the content, and your domain. We license you the underlying code for as long as you subscribe. If you cancel, you keep a static copy of the site.
Can I edit the site myself?
Most clients do not want to. That is the point of the subscription. For Growth and Pro tiers, we can set up a friendly content editor for things like blog posts and team bios so you can update those without us.
What if I need a major redesign in a few years?
Major redesigns are a new setup fee, discounted 50% for existing subscribers. Small refreshes (new homepage, updated brand colors) are included in your edit time.
Do you offer hosting only?
Yes, through our Hosting & Care option. If you already have a website you love, we can migrate it to our infrastructure and look after it. It is not our main focus, so it gets less edit time than tiers where we built the site ourselves. The trade-off is straightforward: we don't know your codebase as deeply as one we wrote, so complex changes will take longer.
How fast do edits actually get done?
Most small edits (copy changes, image swaps, new team member) are live within one business day. Larger edits (new pages, design tweaks) take two to three days. Anything we cannot reasonably do in your edit time we will quote before starting.
How does Express Launch actually work?
You pay your standard setup fee plus a tiered Express fee at kickoff: $750 on Foundation or Hosting & Care, $2,100 on Starter, or $5,400 on Growth. We pause other work and put your project at the front of the queue. We deliver a finished, launched website within 7 calendar days. If we miss that deadline, you get a full refund of your setup fee (the original setup plus the Express fee), and you keep the work we completed. The only condition: you respond to our requests for content, approvals, and decisions within 24 hours during the build week. Available on Foundation, Starter, Growth, and Hosting & Care tiers. Pro and Custom builds are too complex for a 7-day guarantee.
Who do you work with?
Anyone who takes their website seriously. We've designed our pricing for businesses of every shape and size, from solo professionals to established companies. The Foundation tier exists specifically for non-profits, startups, and home-based businesses that need a professional online presence on a smaller budget.
Do you only build websites?
Websites are our core, but they are not the whole story. We also design and build AI agents, internal automations, marketing tools, and SEO work, and we look after all of it the same way we look after a website. If you are not sure what you need, that is exactly what the discovery call is for.
How does pricing work for AI and automation projects?
Unlike our website tiers, AI and automation work is scoped to your business, so there is no fixed price list. We start with a discovery call to understand the problem, then propose a clear setup fee plus a monthly fee that covers running and improving it. You will always see the number before anything starts.
