Website + client portal
Our role
Design, development & hosting

A portfolio to explore. A clear way to start a project. A client workspace for the work that follows.

HH Web Studios built a website and client portal for Diego Tenorio Arquitectura, connecting the public face of a Costa Rican architecture studio with the practical details of project communication.

01

Make the work visible.
Give the project a home.

The business need had two parts: present Diego’s architectural work clearly, and give prospects and clients a practical way to take the next step.

The website needed to introduce the architect, show the range of his work, and collect the information behind a project inquiry. The client workspace needed to keep project progress, documents, and communication together under DTA’s identity.

  1. 01 / Discover

    Explore the work

The public portfolio helps a visitor understand the studio’s design work.

  2. 02 / Inquire

    Describe a project

The contact form and quote flow send project details to DTA’s studio intake.

  3. 03 / Collaborate

    Follow the project

Invited clients use DTA’s portal for their project information and conversation.

02

A portfolio built around the work.

The website brings the studio introduction, services, and project portfolio into one experience. Its portfolio contains 13 projects, with filters for eight 3D visualization projects and five construction drawing projects.

A full-screen gallery lets visitors move through a project’s images. Contact and quote routes remain available in the site navigation, alongside the link for existing clients to sign in.

A more useful starting point
for a project conversation.

The quote tool guides visitors through contact details, project location, floor area, design level, and available property documents. It then displays a preliminary estimate and payment stages.

The website’s contact form and quote flow connect to the leads function in Diego’s portal. That gives the studio a structured place to receive an inquiry before it decides how to proceed. A new inquiry does not automatically become a client project.

The example below uses a fictional 250-square-meter project to show the preliminary estimate. Its figures are illustrative and require confirmation for a real project.

One place for the work
after the inquiry.

Diego’s client portal is the separate application at portal.dta-cr.com. It carries DTA’s branding and serves the architecture studio and its clients.

The client overview shows project phases, progress, the current phase, and links to documents and conversation. The studio side provides tools for leads, projects, tasks, calendar events, and documents. Client views are organized around the projects assigned to that client.

The screens below use the existing Casa Vista Verde staging demonstration, with the sample client María Fernández. The names, area, progress, files, and conversation shown are demonstration records.

Both the public website and DTA portal offer English and Spanish options. These matching screenshots show the same demonstration project with each interface language selected.

Project names, uploaded filenames, and client messages keep their original language. Some website labels and project descriptions also remain Spanish when English is selected. The screenshots show the delivered language coverage as it stands.

A connected studio experience.

The delivery gives DTA a public home for its work, a structured route for project inquiries, and a branded workspace for client communication. The website helps people begin the conversation; the portal gives the ongoing project somewhere to live.

The demonstrated result is this connected set of working capabilities. It is a custom implementation for DTA, with its own branding, configuration, and project workflow.
