What we collect, why, and what we never do

HH Web Studios collects only what we need to run your website and tools. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and your data stays yours.
Our marketing site uses no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. For traffic measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free, privacy-first tool that reports aggregate page views and performance without building profiles of visitors. The client portal and booking system use only the functional cookies and sessions required to keep you signed in.
Our services run on our own servers, with Cloudflare in front for security and delivery — visitor traffic passes through Cloudflare's network. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers. We share information with service providers only as needed to run our services, and never for their marketing. Our SMS program has its own terms and privacy details at SMS Terms & Privacy.
We keep information for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires. When a client leaves, they receive an export of their data and configurations wherever the platform allows, and we delete what we are not required to keep.

Everything we host runs on our own infrastructure with SSL everywhere, daily backups, and Cloudflare in front. We built and run the same stack for our own business.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and we will email active clients about material changes.
