Built for businesses that regularly finish work.

A useful fit for small service businesses such as cleaners, landscapers, repair companies, and other teams serving customers in person. The important part is a reliable record of completed work and a suitable way to contact those customers.

Your existing website can stay where it is. You do not need to buy an HH website or move your hosting to use this service.

What you need to get started

  • One eligible Google Business Profile for the location we will serve.
  • A regular flow of completed jobs or customer visits.
  • One agreed source of job records and accurate customer email addresses.
  • Permission to contact those customers and a process for honoring opt-outs.

Google generally requires in-person customer contact for a Business Profile. Online-only businesses are ineligible. We assess your fit in the audit. See Google's eligibility guidance.

A clear handoff.
Follow-up managed by us.

You keep your job records current. We choose the timing for your type of service and manage the agreed request process.

  1. Record the completed work

A completion event or a simple import from your agreed customer source supplies the job and contact details. We check compatibility before quoting the setup.

  2. Send a neutral request

The customer receives an email in your business's branding with a direct Google review link. Eligibility is based on completed work and contact permissions, never on a satisfaction score.

  3. Follow up carefully

We manage at most one reminder per eligible job. Opt-outs stop further messages. Relevant replies, known review completion, and tracked link clicks also stop reminders when those signals are available. We confirm and test the stopping rules during setup.

  4. Keep you informed

We monitor request activity, help with failed sends, prepare review-response drafts for your approval, and send a monthly activity report.

A click is not a review.

A tracked click can stop a reminder, but it does not prove a customer posted a review. Reporting separates request activity from observed reviews, using aggregate changes when individual attribution is unavailable.

The invitation is consistent.
The opinion is theirs.

Every eligible customer gets the same opportunity to leave an honest review. We do not send happy customers to Google while diverting unhappy customers into a private-only feedback form. A service check-in never decides who gets the review link.

We do not offer discounts, gifts, or payments for reviews, write reviews on customers' behalf, or ask for a particular rating. Customers remain free to share positive or negative experiences.

We manage the request process. We do not guarantee a number of reviews, a star rating, new jobs, or a position in Google results. Google controls which reviews appear.

We configure it.
You stay in control.

We confirm the scope in writing, connect the agreed source, and test the request and reminder behavior before launch. Your setup schedule depends on access, compatibility, and approvals.

What HH manages

  • Review-link, sender, and completed-job source setup.
  • Branded request copy, request timing, and one reminder.
  • Duplicate protection, customer cooldowns, and opt-out handling within the agreed workflow.
  • A sample test and your approval before real customer sending begins.
  • Ongoing monitoring, response drafts, and a monthly activity report.

What your business provides

  • Accurate job records, customer contact details, and appropriate permission to use them.
  • The necessary account access, branding, and approval of the request copy.
  • Updates when a customer opts out or replies outside the connected workflow.
  • Approval of review-response drafts and direct handling of customer service issues.
  • Timely notice when your source tools, sender, or business profile change.

We confirm which reply, click, and completion signals your tools can provide. Any manual handoff is identified before launch. Website Express Launch guarantees do not apply to review automation.

One managed service.

  • Sending volume, provider costs, and any work beyond the agreed allowance.
  • Included support, response targets, and setup timing.
  • The minimum term, cancellation terms, and handoff arrangements.

Our standard terms have a 12-month minimum unless your written proposal agrees otherwise. After that, you can cancel by email. Read the service terms.

Real questions.
Direct answers.

Will this work with my existing website and job software?
Yes, you can keep your website and hosting. The connection we need is to your completed-job records and customer email details. That may be an existing completion event or a simple import. Compatibility with your particular software is assessed before setup is quoted; we do not promise a ready-made connection to every tool.
Do I have to remember to send each request?
We manage sending once the completed-job information reaches the agreed workflow. If your tool supplies a suitable completion event, that can trigger the process. If the setup uses an import, your team must provide the agreed records. We make that handoff clear before launch.
Will repeat customers get a request after every visit?
We configure duplicate checks and a customer cooldown so a frequent customer is not asked repeatedly after closely spaced jobs. We agree on the timing for your service and test it during setup. Each eligible job receives one request and at most one reminder.
Can we ask only customers who say they are happy?
No. We do not filter review invitations by satisfaction. Every otherwise eligible customer has the same opportunity to share an honest experience, including a negative one. We also do not offer review incentives or ask customers for a specific rating.
Can you reply to reviews or remove a bad one?
The managed service includes response drafts for your approval. Automatic publishing is separate scope. We cannot remove a review because it is unfavorable. Google decides whether a review violates its policies and whether it stays visible.
How will I know the service is working?
Your monthly report covers request activity and observed review changes, with visibility into failed sends and follow-up activity. A request sent or a link clicked is not proof of a posted review. Where an individual request cannot be matched reliably to a review, we report aggregate changes without claiming attribution.
How long does setup take, and what support is included?
We confirm the schedule after reviewing your source tools, access, and contact process. There is no fixed launch-time guarantee for this service. Ongoing request monitoring and help with failed sends are included; support capacity and response targets are stated in your proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts.
What happens if I cancel?
The standard minimum is 12 months unless your written proposal agrees otherwise. After the minimum term, you can cancel by email, and hosted services end at the close of your billing period. You own your data; we export data and configurations where the platform allows it. Continued operation of HH-hosted automation is not included after cancellation. Your proposal and our service terms explain the applicable ownership and license arrangements.
