The plain-language terms for working with us

HH Web Studios ("we," "us") builds, hosts, and runs digital operations for businesses: websites, AI agents, automations, and the tools that connect them. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Almost every engagement is custom. Before anything starts, you receive a written proposal (we call it a blueprint) with one clear one-time setup fee and one monthly fee. The blueprint defines the scope of your engagement; these terms apply to every engagement unless your blueprint says otherwise. Nothing is billed before you have seen and agreed to the numbers.
Engagements have a 12-month minimum. After that, you can cancel any time with written notice — email is fine. When you cancel:
You own the design, the content, your domain, and your data. We license you the underlying code for as long as you subscribe; if you cancel, you keep a static copy of the site. Tools built on third-party platforms remain subject to those platforms' own terms.
Your engagement includes monthly edit time as stated in your blueprint. Anything we cannot reasonably do within your edit time, we quote before starting — you will never get a surprise invoice. Response-time targets are stated in your engagement.
Express Launch is an optional add-on for website builds. You pay your scoped setup fee plus an Express fee of the same amount at kickoff, and we guarantee launch within 7 calendar days. If we miss the deadline, you get back everything you paid up front — the setup and the Express fee — and you keep the work we completed. The one condition: you respond to our requests for content, approvals, and decisions within 24 hours during the build week.
Major redesigns are a new setup fee, discounted 50% for active subscribers. Small refreshes are included in your edit time.
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you supply and for having the rights to use it. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
Some parts of an engagement depend on third-party providers — payment processors, CRMs, messaging platforms, and similar. We choose and connect them carefully, but their outages, pricing, and policy changes are outside our control. If a provider changes in a way that affects your tools, we will work with you to adapt.
We build and run everything with care, but our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date, and we will email active clients about material changes.
