Google Review Automation offer terms
These terms apply to the Google Review Automation subscription bought through our online purchase entry. They override conflicting general service terms for this offer only, including the general minimum term, kickoff fee and billing-start provisions. They do not change other services or existing written agreements.
$300 upfront, then $300 every month until you cancel. There is no 12-month commitment. Your subscription begins with successful payment; setup happens afterward.
First-review guarantee: if your business receives no new Google review in the 14-day guarantee window, we refund your first $300 payment. You finish the original first billing month with us, and the original monthly renewal schedule remains in place unless you cancel.
What the service includes
We set up and manage a review system for your business:
- A service check-in, neutral Google review request, and reminder after completed jobs. The reminder stops when the review link has been clicked; opt-outs stop further messages.
- A paced review-request campaign to eligible past customers, delivered first after setup and activation approval.
- Automated responses to new Google reviews, using the settings approved during setup.
- Selected reviews repurposed into branded social posts on your connected business accounts.
- Reporting that shows review activity and progress.
Your existing website and hosting can stay where they are. During setup, we connect the appropriate customer records, business profile and social accounts and confirm contact permissions, message channels and approved settings. A manual handoff can be used where needed.
Payment and cancellation
The first $300 payment covers your original first billing month. Subsequent $300 payments renew monthly on the schedule shown in checkout. You authorize recurring billing when you confirm the subscription in checkout.
Cancel by emailing hello@hhwebstudios.com before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and service ends at the end of your current billing period. This offer has no minimum 12-month term or cancellation penalty. Apart from the first-review guarantee, no prorated refund is promised here.
A guarantee refund does not cancel your subscription, restart your first month, grant an extra month, or move your renewal date. If you also want to cancel, tell us.
The 14-day first-review guarantee
Your payment date is day 0 in Pacific time. Day 1 begins at midnight the following day. The guarantee window ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific on day 14. For example, an October 22 payment has a window of October 23 through November 5. Setup does not restart or extend that clock.
The guarantee concerns a new Google review for your covered business location, regardless of its star rating. A sent message or tracked click is not evidence of a posted review. We review the public profile and recorded starting position to check whether a new review appeared during the window.
If no new review appears, contact hello@hhwebstudios.com so we can review the result and arrange the first-payment refund. This is a refund promise, not a promise that Google will publish or retain a review.
Setup and your responsibilities
After payment, complete the short intake starting with: How do you keep track of your jobs? Choose paper, spreadsheet, software, mixed, or unsure. Software name, extra details, and an example are optional.
Provide accurate business details, a suitable Google Business Profile, past-customer and completed-job records, appropriate customer contact permissions, and the branding, account access and approvals needed for setup. Respond promptly so we can work within the guarantee window. No exact setup deadline or universal software connection is promised.
We prepare the campaign, obtain your approval of the exact messages and settings, run a controlled test, and obtain explicit activation approval. Payment alone does not authorize messages to your customers. We confirm manual handoffs and which reply, click and completion signals your tools can provide.
Honest reviews and customer choice
Eligible customers receive the same neutral invitation. We do not filter by satisfaction, offer review incentives, ask for a particular rating, or write reviews for customers. Opt-outs stop further messages. We do not promise rankings, jobs, or a particular star rating.
Data, privacy and the end of service
You own your data. At cancellation, we provide exports of data and configuration where the platform permits; continuing HH-hosted automation is not included. Third-party platform terms still apply.
Our privacy policy explains how we use your details. Purchasing does not grant advertising-measurement permission or override your privacy choices. The remaining general service terms apply where these offer terms do not override them.
