Your website check and your information

The checker reads public website pages and produces an automatic report. It does not sign in, submit website forms, or verify actual AI recommendations.

What we save

We save the checked website address, measured findings, and a private report link for seven days. Anyone you share that report link with can view the report. Your contact details are not shown in it.

If you request an emailed copy or help improving your website, we save your email, optional name and business name, your request, and your promotional email preference for ninety days. We retain the associated report for the same period. An active client engagement may have separate recordkeeping terms.

If a check needs review, we keep its failure details and any previous result with the report. Authorized operators can use a separate private review link to repair the check, rerun it, and see contact requests you submitted.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the report or reply about the help you requested. Promotional emails are optional and are not required to receive your report. We do not sell your contact information.

Report and request emails use our existing email relay. Acceptance by the relay does not confirm delivery to your inbox. You can continue using the report on this website if an email does not arrive.

Abuse prevention and retention

We use a keyed, nonpublic representation of the requesting network address to apply usage limits. That rate-limit history expires after one day. Scan browsers use disposable storage and do not reuse your personal browser or signed-in accounts.

Backups protect saved records and may retain an expired record until the backup ages out under our backup retention policy. Access is limited to authorized operators.

Your choices

You can read and print the report without providing an email. To request deletion, correct a contact detail, or stop promotional emails, contact [email protected].

Working previews can save test requests, but do not send visitor emails. Private service alerts may be sent to the HH Web Studios owner. A notice at the top of the checker identifies preview mode.
